Refund policy

As our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, we offer refunds with a retention fee based on the stage of processing.

If your order has been processed but not yet printed, a $10 USD retention fee will apply for the refund. If it's in the embellishment or packing phase, a $70 USD retention fee will be deducted for cancellation.

If your product is received with a defect or lost —please contact us at info@raeesastudio.com and we will send you a replacement. Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been marked as delivered on your tracking. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or any damages caused to your order while it is in transit.
