Certificate Care

When handling and signing the certificate, please be gentle with the paper. Avoid rubbing the surface, as this may scratch the painted areas. Additionally, do not stack the certificate beneath or on top of other items unless it is properly protected.

Long-Term Preservation

For long-term preservation, store the certificate away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid prolonged contact with non-archival materials. For added protection, we recommend using museum-grade conservation measures, such as a polypropylene archival sleeve.

Long-Term Preservation for Folder Certificates

Avoid storing the certificates inside the folder without protective interleaving for extended periods, as prolonged contact may cause the paper to deteriorate over time. After signing, carefully lift both sheets out of the folder by the corner folds and place them into the provided polypropylene protective sleeve included with your order. For added protection, it is encouraged to wrap both certificates in the acid-free tissue paper provided with your packaging before placing them into the sleeve or folder. You may also choose to store the certificates in other archival-grade materials, if preferred, to further support long-term preservation.

Ongoing Archival Improvement

Our team is continually researching, testing, and refining materials and methods to improve the longevity and quality of our certificates. Archival work is an ongoing process that takes time, care, and experimentation. While no single solution is perfect, we are committed to finding the best possible practices to ensure you receive a product designed to last for generations.
