What is the ordering process?

1. Start by selecting a design from www.raeesastudio.com
and completing the order form on the product page.

2. Afterwards, click "add to cart" and proceed to the checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email, containing the details you provided on the order form. Please review it thoroughly to ensure all the information is accurate. If you find any inaccuracies that need correction, kindly reach out to us immediately.

My order is time sensitive, what do I do?

If your nikah date is time-sensitive or you need your order sooner than usual, please complete our time-sensitive inquiry form or contact us before placing your order. We will respond within 24 hours.

If you do not contact us beforehand, we cannot guarantee expedited production or shipping.

When do I sign the contract?

Typically, most couples hand over the marriage certificate to the officiant at the start of the ceremony, allowing for the signing of all necessary documents in unison. You have the choice to follow this tradition or alternatively sign the certificate towards the end of the ceremony.

If you've selected the option for only the bride and groom to sign, you can choose to do so at your convenience. Many couples have chosen to sign their certificates during receptions or even at anniversary celebrations.

What is Mahr?

Mahr/Mehr is a gift or amount the groom must give to bride during the nikah process.

Your nikah certificate is valid if the Mahr is included, but you can opt to leave it out and use the certificate as a keepsake instead.

Where can I add conditions to the marriage contract?

On the order form above, you have the option to include additional pages for your marriage conditions. Each page can accommodate up to 5 conditions and will match the design and embellishments of your certificate.

Select “Marriage Conditions” on the order form under the Extra Customization section.
