Certificate Care

When handling and signing the certificate, please be gentle with the paper. Avoid rubbing the surface, as this may scratch the painted areas. Do not stack the certificate beneath or on top of other items unless it is properly protected.

Damages and Shipping Delays

Collapsible content

I received my order damaged, what do I do?

If your certificate arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. This policy applies only to damage that occurs during shipping. We will promptly arrange a replacement.

My order arrived after my nikkah. Am I eligible for a refund?

We’re very sorry your order didn’t arrive on time. Refunds are not provided for shipping delays, as transit delays are out of our control (please see our Terms of Service that was also linked at checkout). We complete and dispatch orders according to the timelines listed on our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other transit issues.

Please keep in mind that shipping timelines only begin after dispatch, not when the order is placed. As our products are made to order, a production period is required before shipping.

Our certificate was damaged after the nikkah. What can we do?

If your certificate has been damaged after the nikkah, we can work with you to find a solution. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a replacement at a discounted rate. Please contact us so we can discuss the best option for you.

Our certificate has worn down over time. Can it be replaced?

If your certificate has become damaged over time, the extent of wear usually depends on how it was stored. We recommend following proper archival practices to preserve your certificate. Please see our Care Guide for details. That said, we can also work with you to arrange a replacement at a special rate, depending on the situation. Please contact us with photos of the damage.
