WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

For U.S and Canada orders, we recommend you place your order as early as possible or at-least 4 weeks ahead of time to accommodate for any delays. For orders outside of North America, we recommend you order at-least 1-2 months in advance or earlier. If you’re unsure whether your order will arrive on time, please contact us before placing your order.

Production

Since our products are handmade, each order requires a production period before it is dispatched. Please review the production timelines below for details.

Bundle Production Time (4-5 Business Days)

For bundles, it takes 4-5 business days to create before it is dispatched for shipping. Pick-up orders are ready in 4 business days. Requests for a text preview or extra customizations will increase the production time.

Bundle Production Time with Extra Customizations (up to 10 Business Days)

Any further customization such as (couple’s crest, color changes, or text changes) have a longer production time before dispatch. Extra customizations require an extended processing time of 10 business days and you will receive an email preview within 5 business days of placing an order. Once you give your final approval, it will take 5 more business days before your certificate is dispatched for shipping.

Bundle Production Time with Preview Requested (Varies)

If you request a text preview, you will receive it via email within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the final text, please allow an additional 5 business days for us to create your certificate before it is shipped. It is important to respond promptly to our emails; if approval is delayed and expedited shipping is needed to meet your timeline, additional shipping fees may apply.

SHIPPING BEGINS AFTER PRODUCTION TIME

Shipping time starts only after your order has been dispatched. The delivery times shown at checkout reflect the shipping period after production is complete, so please allow additional time for the item to be handmade before it ships.

Important Information

WHAT BUSINESS DAYS MEAN

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days, meaning Monday–Friday only, and do not include weekends or public holidays.

UNFORSEEN SHIPPING DELAYS

As per our Order Policy, once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been sent to your email, the shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier. At this stage, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, customs processing, transit disruptions, or carrier-related issues. For this reason, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to allow buffer time for any unforeseen shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: SHIPPING OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA

International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

Additional government duties, brokerage fees and/or taxes may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of Canada. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Raeesa Studio is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Raeesa Studio is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for. If a parcel is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs fees or for any other reason and is returned to us, we will not issue a refund.

NO DUTIES FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Starting from January 2026, all U.S. orders are shipped with duties and tariffs already included ensuring a smooth, worry-free delivery with no additional costs. In rare cases where an extremely urgent order requires a different shipping carrier, any applicable duties will be discussed with you by email prior to shipping.
