Free Shipping on certificate orders above $120 USD to USA, Canada, UK, and Australia (with exception of frames)
Pick-up location is in Whitby, Ontario, Canada.
We ship world-wide! You will receive your order in a shipping tube. Carefully unwrap the certificate from the packaging and place paper weights to flatten.
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible, however, shipping delays are out of our control.
Raeesa Studio is not responsible for delayed or damaged packages once they have been submitted to the post office and are in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
For International orders, transit times may vary due to customs delays. International shipping may vary in transit time and reliability depending on your own country's postal system.
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any further changes to your certificate. Please confirm all customizations during time of checkout or immediately after placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

Raeesa Studio is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Raeesa Studio is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
