At Raeesa Studio, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all of our customers.

When placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment: Full payment is required before orders can be shipped. We accept payment by credit card and PayPal.

2. Shipping: It takes 4-5 business days to process your order before it is dispatched for shipping. Customization requests may result in longer processing and shipping times.

3. Pick Ups: Pick ups will be ready in 4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Customization requests may result in longer shipping times.

4. Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we may not be able to make changes or cancel orders that have already been processed. Any changes requested after an order has been placed is not guaranteed. Please be sure to provide complete and accurate information when placing your order.

5. Customization: To ensure efficient use of our time and resources, we request that you inform us of all desired customization at once on your order form or via email. There is a maximum number of 3 design revisions for colour changes. We are not responsible for delays to your order due to customization revisions. 

6. Language Texts: For language orders other than English (including French, Arabic, Turkish, German, Farsi, and Urdu), please provide your marriage names and details in the desired language within the order form. If this information is not provided, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing your order.

7. Customer Communication: Customers are responsible to reply to our emails in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by late responses. If we do not hear back from you within 3 business days, your order may be shipped within our processing time frame.

8. Returns and Exchanges: As our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

   If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, we offer refunds with a retention fee based on the stage of processing.

   If your order has been processed but not yet printed, a $10 USD retention fee will apply for the refund. If it's in the embellishment or packing phase, a $70 USD retention fee will be deducted for cancellation.

9. Delays, Damaged, Lost Orders: Raeesa Studio is not responsible for lost, delayed or any damages caused to your order while in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your order is in transit. We strive to provide accurate estimates for delivery times when you contact us. However, once we dispatch your package to our shipping carrier, any unexpected delays during transit are out of our control.

   If there are damages to your order, please email us with photos within 5 business days and we will do our best to remedy the situation. If you haven't received your order and believe it's lost, you must make a claim and email us within 10 days of receiving the shipping notification that confirms your order has been delivered. We do not provide refunds for lost shipments, however, we will issue a new certificate. 

10. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays in creating or shipping orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or supplier delays.

11. Validity:

    The nikah certificates offered by Raeesa Studio have been evaluated by recognized marriage officiants in Canada. These certificates have been signed by numerous couples worldwide, including those in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and various European and Asian countries, at their nikah ceremonies.

    Our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as Muslim marriage contracts provided that the Mahr is stated on the certificate. You have the flexibility to personalize the Mahr directly on our website once you have selected your preferred design here.

    It is entirely up to you whether or not you wish to include the Mahr on the certificate. Opting to keep the certificate as a cherished keepsake without the Mahr is also a viable choice.

    It is important to note that while our nikah certificates hold Islamic validity as Muslim marriage contracts, they do not serve as official government documents. It remains your responsibility to complete the official registration of your marriage with the appropriate local government authorities.
